Bochi Hospital Limited is a distinguished privately-owned medical institution
dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the general populace. Originally established
as a health center in 2011, the hospital underwent significant expansion, meeting stringent criteria set
by the Ministry of Health, which led to its upgrade to a fully-fledged hospital in 2015. It received
certification (No. 071460, dated 28/1/2015) and was accredited as a Level 2 Specialized Hospital in
November 2015.
Situated at Plot No. 1019, Block 'B,' MbeziTemboni area, Kinondoni municipality,
Dar es Salaam, Bochi Hospital boasts over 160 beds, including private rooms. Accessible via an unnamed
gravel road branching off from Morogoro Road at the "KwaMsuguri" commuter bus stand, it is a beacon of

Bochi Hospital operates as a privately owned limited company, overseen by a dedicated Board of Directors
who serve as policy-makers. Day-to-day management is executed by a proficient team, including the
Managing Director, Director, and other key personnel such as Doctors in Charge, Matron, Senior Doctors,
Accountant, and Human Resource Manager. Regular board meetings, held monthly, facilitate the
presentation of performance and management reports by the Managing Director. These reports guide
strategic decisions and ensure the hospital's continued commitment to excellence.
